As part of a grant agreement with the EBRD, we have developed a business strategy for Ukrainian company MMI Group as a software development partner for the US and European markets.
MMI Group is one of the most dynamic players in the Ukrainian market of IT-services in system integration, having a particular deep expertise in the implementation of IT-solutions for the corporate sector and government agencies.
The principles that will drive the company’s effective promotion in foreign markets will be effective marketing, PR and a sales systems with further dynamic opening of sales offices in the US and Europe, and of course deep expertise in the industries the company is active.
